CNC Machining

What is CNC Machining?

CNC Machining is a subtractive manufacturing method that uses cutting tools to remove material from a block of raw material or a pre-existing part.

CNC method is recommended for demanding and precise applications and can adjust to many plastics and metals.

Advantages of CNC Machining :

●CNC machining quality is stable, while the machining accuracy is high and suitable for the machining requirements of high-precision products.

●The material is the same as the final product, which improves verifying materials and structures.

●CNC machining is suitable for processing large-sized parts.

●CNC machining can process complex structures that are difficult to process by conventional methods.

CNC Milling

CNC milling is a machining process that uses computer-controlled and rotating multipoint cutting tools to gradually remove materials of workpieces and produce customized parts or products. The process is suitable for machining various materials, such as metal, plastic and wood.

CNC Turning

CNC turning supports changing the shape and size of raw materials by using the rotary motion of the workpiece and the linear motion or curved motion of the tool on the lathe; to meet the requirements of drawings. CNC turning is suitable for machining rotary surfaces. Most workpieces with a rotary surface can be machined by turning.
